CoWorx Staffing Services is hiring for Warehouse Associates in the Saco, ME area. Join our team as a Warehouse Associate and enjoy a 4-day work week, 3 days off each week, and plenty of overtime opportunities!

First Shift schedule: 7:00 AM to 5:45 PM. Four-day workweek. Three consecutive days off each week. Overtime opportunities available based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately for shipment and distribution. Load and unload freight safely and efficiently. Operate warehouse equipment as required; training provided where applicable. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform inventory checks and quality inspections to ensure accuracy and product integrity. Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and operational guidelines.

Desired Background/Skills

Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
