Overview
CVIS / Radiology Technologist (Cardiovascular Technology) – Saratoga Springs, New York. Travel, temporary assignment starting 06/22/2026 for a duration of Weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,714 - $2,920 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0. Shift: 5x8 Days. Work setting: hospital-based travel assignment within a regional health system in upstate New York. On-site role; clinicians must comply with system policies and complete required credentialing prior to start.

Responsibilities
- Perform CVIS and radiology procedures across multiple hospital units (ED, ICU, Cath Lab, D1 MS/Tele, Urgent Care) as needed, ensuring patient safety and image quality
- Float within the hospital to support departments while maintaining adherence to EPIC documentation requirements
- Ensure proper radiation safety, infection control, and equipment handling during imaging procedures
- Prepare and transfer images for interpretation, communicate results per protocol, and support timely clinical decision-making
- Assist with EKG testing as required and support those workflows as part of standard patient care
- Maintain equipment readiness, supply levels, and compliance with unit-specific policies

Requirements
- ARRT certification required
- NY State license required at time of submission; Radiology Technologists must have a permanent NY license in hand prior to start; temporary license not accepted
- Alternate: NY license not required if candidate holds CCI certification
- Minimum 2 years CVIS/Radiology Tech experience
- EKG competency required (Relias/onsite testing): complete Relias EKG exam within 72 hours of signing and achieve the required score (85%); onsite retest may be allowed under limited conditions
- EPIC charting experience required
- Local radius rule: permanent address within 50 miles of the assignment location is not accepted; applicants must reside outside the restricted radius
- Submission requirements: NY State license at submission time, recent Nursys (where applicable), references, and certifications
