In this role, you will provide person-centered counseling, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals of all ages and abilities in home and community settings. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support behavioral health needs, brain injury rehabilitation, and family systems.
