Leasing Resident Manager

Pay From: $30 Per hour

MUST:
The Property Resident Manager should have the following experience:
2+ years of experience as a Property or Resident Manager in a living facility or apartment complex
Section 8 Experience
Apartment turnover including working with vendors to ready units including repairs and cleaning
Strong administrative and financial experience
Property Management Software RealPage a plus
Processing vouchers
Overseeing daily building, resident, financial and administrative operations
Facilities experience
Bachelor's Degree

DUTIES:
The Duties of the Property -Resident Manager include but are not limited to the following:
Handle daily operations of site including administrative, building operations and resident services
Oversee Section 8 certification and recertification processes
Conduct Section 8 file audits and confirm documentation is complete
Prepare and maintain lease agreements
Utilize RealPage/OneSite property management software
Process and record HOC voucher payments and apply to resident accounts.
Process check payments
Prepare and record check deposits
Maintain and update financial records
Work with residents and families housing-related concerns and accounts
Handle collection calls and address outstanding account issues
Maintain and update resident records
Perform move-in/move-out apartment inspections and identify maintenance needs
Prepare units for new residents and oversee turnovers and cleaning and scheduling of vendors
Oversee and schedule maintenance, repairs, renovations, and other property-related needs.
Handle day to day property needs
