Incredibowl Entertainment Toledo is hiring Line Cooks to join our team. In this fast-paced position, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by preparing all food items efficiently and according to established standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation & Quality Control: Prepare all food items according to established recipes and specifications. This ensures accurate portions and consistent quality.
• Presentation Matters: Plate food items attractively to provide a neat and appetizing presentation for our guests.
• Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment: Prioritize cleanliness by properly adhering to sanitation procedures and keeping work areas organized. Follow all safety protocols for using kitchen equipment and follow regulatory, departmental, and company policies regarding food handling and hygiene.
• Stay Prepped & Organized: Assist with food prep tasks, including portioning, labeling, and storing ingredients according to guidelines. Maintain accurate and complete checklists as instructed.
• Team Player: Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations, including assisting with re-stocking shelves when needed.
• Adaptability & Learning: Be a quick learner who can retain information easily and stay up to date with training programs and menu changes.
• Stay Informed: Remain knowledgeable about upcoming center events to answer guest inquiries accurately and confidently.
• Maintain a Professional Appearance: Keep a neat and clean appearance while adhering to our dress code.
• Be Dependable & Responsible: Maintain the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies.

Qualifications & Physical Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of line cooking experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment
• Must have experience cooking on grill and using fryer
• Must have reliable transportation to and from our location in Toledo, OH
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be fluent in English
• Required to stand; walk
• May also perform physical activities such as lifting and stooping

Preferred:

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma

Pay range is dependent on experience. Benefits are only available upon meeting eligibility criteria.
