Associate Attorney – Criminal Defense

  Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 + Commission-Based Bonuses

Miller Law Practice, LLC is looking for an ambitious  Associate Attorney to join our team! With a high volume of leads coming in, we need a dynamic attorney who can  convert leads into clients, negotiate effectively, and deliver top-tier legal representation.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Development

• Convert inbound leads into clients through persuasive communication and follow-ups.
• Market the firm’s services through networking, referrals, and business development efforts.
• Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.

Case Management

• Represent clients in court at hearings, trials, and negotiations.
• Draft and file legal motions, pleadings, and case-related documents.
• Negotiate plea deals and settlements to secure the best possible outcomes.
• Conduct legal research to craft strong defense strategies.

Professional Development

• Stay informed on  legal trends, case law, and legislative updates .
• Maintain active  continuing legal education (CLE)participation.
