School-Based Registered Nurse

School-based registered nurse providing high-quality nursing care in a school setting for a 25-week contract in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role ensures adherence to care plans, collaborates with families and healthcare teams, and supports student health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide high-quality nursing care in a school setting, ensuring adherence to care plans.
2. Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to deliver seamless patient-centered care.
3. Assess patient needs and update medical records accordingly.
4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
5. Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license
• State licensure for RN
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in school or similar settings
• Experience with CHIRP
• Resume
• Ability to work 6-8 hours a day
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to pass background check
