Senior Product Manager

New York City, New York100% RemoteDirect Hire$160k - $240kWe’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape, ship, and scale our core product experiences. This role is ideal for a PM who thrives in ambiguity, can think strategically about product direction, and is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute alongside design and engineering.
You’ll work closely with product design, engineering, data, and leadership to define priorities, translate customer and business needs into clear product direction, and ensure high-quality execution from concept to launch. As our client continues to grow, this role will play a key part in evolving both our product strategy and how we build products as a team.
What You’ll Do
• Own product discovery and delivery for key product areas, from early concept through launch and iteration
• Translate customer needs, market insights, and business goals into clear product requirements and roadmaps
• Partner closely with design and engineering to define problem spaces, shape solutions, and make thoughtful tradeoffs
• Write clear product briefs, PRDs, and specs that align teams and drive execution
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic value in a fast-moving environment
• Collaborate with data and analytics to define success metrics and measure product outcomes
• Support launches by coordinating cross-functional efforts with marketing, sales, and customer teams
• Continuously refine and improve product workflows, processes, and quality as the company scales
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or data-driven products
• Strong product judgment with the ability to balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact
• Experience working closely with design and engineering teams in highly collaborative environments
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and shaping direction from loose inputs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate problems, decisions, and tradeoffs
• Bias toward action, ownership, and shipping high-quality work
• Experience working remotely and asynchronously in a Slack-first environment
Nice to Have
• Experience building or managing AI-powered, ML-driven, or data-intensive products
• Background in fintech, investing platforms, or financial software
• Experience working at an early-stage or high-growth startup
• Familiarity with quantitative, analytics-heavy, or technical user bases
