Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.What You Will Experience In This Position:Lead end-to-end execution of sourcing-related projects such as dual sourcing initiatives, supplier ramp-up and readiness plans.Build and maintain detailed project plans that clearly define timelines, milestones, and deliverables—both internally and with external suppliers.Serve as the central point of coordination across suppliers and internal teams, ensuring alignment and forward progress.Track and handle key supplier actions, deliverables, and dependencies to keep projects on schedule.Partner closely with sourcing to prioritize work, lead multiple initiatives, and drive execution.Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency, prioritization, and overall productivity across a high volume of concurrent projects.You Have:Bachelor's degree is required.Ideally 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in supply chain or sourcing.Skilled in analytical thinking and problem solving.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Travel up to 10%.We have:A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day.Commitment to strengthen communities where our employees live and work.Core values that shape our culture and drive us to deliver the best for our employees and our customers.Benefits to support the lives of our employees.Pay Transparency nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range: $105,000.00 - $195,000.00 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.At nVent, we value our people and their health and well-being.
