Injection Molding Machine Operator / Process Technician – $32–$33/hr
Location: Georgetown, TX
Pay: $32–$33/hour DOE
Job Type: Full-Time
Shifts Available: 2nd & 3rd Shift

A growing manufacturing company in Georgetown, TX is hiring experienced Injection Molding Machine Operators / Process Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shifts!
If you have hands-on experience operating plastic injection molding machines, setting up presses, or troubleshooting production equipment , we want to hear from you!
This position is ideal for someone with injection molding experience who enjoys working with machinery, monitoring production, and keeping equipment running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines and presses .
- Perform basic machine setups and adjustments .
- Restart injection molding presses when needed.
- Monitor machine temperatures, water temperatures, and operating conditions.
- Inspect machines to ensure proper operation and production quality.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic machine or processing issues.
- Assist with machine changeovers and production adjustments.
- Perform routine quality checks on finished products.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
What We're Looking For
- Plastic injection molding experience REQUIRED.
- 3+ years of manufacturing or injection molding experience preferred.
- Experience operating and setting up injection molding presses.
- Familiarity with Cincinnati Milacron injection molding machines is a plus.
- Experience with Engel or other injection molding equipment is a plus.
- Ability to monitor machine temperatures and make basic adjustments.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
- Dependable and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift up to 35 lbs.
- Occasionally bend, reach, and crouch.
- Work safely around industrial machinery.
