• Pay Rate: $33.42/ per hour

• Location: Indianapolis, IN 46268

• Schedule: During training 1st shift 6am-6pm - $32.92/hr (Training for 4-8 weeks)
  Working Hours between 6pm to 6am with ST Payrate $33.42/hr

• Employment Type: 5 months contract

What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Technician II You will:  

• Ensure production systems are maintained and promptly repaired to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving PLCs, frequency drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, servo motors, refrigeration, boiler, and HVAC systems.
• Assign repairs to Maintenance Technicians or coordinate with vendors when needed.
• Perform and assist with preventative maintenance on machinery, keeping accurate records and inventories.
• Interpret technical drawings, manuals, and blueprints; estimate materials and labor for maintenance activities.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• 2+ years relevant experience or a technical degree.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals.
• Skilled in using trade-specific tools, instruments, and equipment; moderate skill in cross-trade tools.
• Motivated team player able to work alternative shifts and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
