At Plante Moran, we have the privilege of serving clients and providing consultative services as they face challenges and seek new opportunities.Your role.Your work will include, but not be limited to:Develop and produce client deliverables and presentation material including qualitative and quantitative research design, data gathering, data analysis, data visualizations, and data storytelling to clients, including senior industry executivesDevelop, execute, and analyze surveys and interviews to support client research objectivesDesign and execute exploratory research using internal historical research data and externally available data to support the enrichment of client services including, but not limited to, validation and evolution of Working Relations Index methodologies, cost benefits of robust commercial relationships, and strategic opportunity and risk identification for clients.Develop and produce presentation material for public presentations and media requestsContribute to practice development proposals, engagement letters, and client relationship-building activitiesThe qualifications.Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, data analytics, social research is preferred3-5 years’ experience in management consulting or data analytics preferredManufacturing, supply chain, and automotive experience is desiredDemonstrated proficiency in data storytelling or technical communication to top managementSome travel throughout the Midwest region, with up to 10% overnight travelHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPointDemonstrated proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization applicationThis is an exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.What makes us different?On the surface, we’re one of the nation’s largest audit, tax, consulting, and wealth management firms. Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range, as compensation decisions take into account a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to: responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
