Dream Hollywood is seeking a hands-on, guest-focused Floor Manager to support daily operations of our restaurant and rooftop venue. This role is key to ensuring smooth, high-quality service on the floor, supporting the team, and upholding Dream Hollywood's brand and hospitality standards during every shift.

• Supervise floor operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth guest flow and service quality
• Support and coach servers, bartenders, hosts, and barista staff throughout service
• Step in to assist with service, guest interactions, or stations as needed during peak periods
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to the GM when necessary
• Conduct pre-shift briefings, communicating specials, VIPs, events, or operational updates
• Monitor compliance with food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and ensuring proper staffing coverage across all 7 outlets/rooms on property
• Support cash handling, POS operations, and end-of-shift reporting (Toast POS system)
• Ensure staff are following uniform and grooming standards
• Assist the General Manager with training, onboarding support, and day-to-day team leadership
• Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and equipment functionality throughout the venue

• 2+ years of restaurant/bar supervisory or management experience, preferably in a high-volume, upscale, or hotel-affiliated venue
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of POS systems and basic scheduling tools
• California Food Handler Card required (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Supervisory non-harassment training required (or completed upon hire)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
