Asset Delivery Lead – Loss Prevention

Huntsville, Alabama

We are seeking an experienced Asset Delivery Lead – Loss Prevention to provide area-level project management for critical safety, emergency response, hazardous-material, and support infrastructure associated with a major pharmaceutical manufacturing campus in Huntsville, Alabama. The campus includes hazardous waste management facilities and dedicated emergency response infrastructure and requires rigorous coordination across complex manufacturing and utility systems.

The Asset Delivery Lead will serve as the Area Project Manager responsible for the hazardous storage facilities, Fire Rescue Center, maintenance and waste/recycling facilities, fire pump house, and underground fire protection loop . The role will provide integrated leadership across project management, engineering, project controls, procurement, construction/site management, commissioning and qualification, and permitting/AHJ coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall delivery of assigned loss-prevention and emergency-response assets from design through final handover.

• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, qualification, and operational-readiness activities.

• Oversee interfaces involving hazardous storage, waste systems, fire protection infrastructure, underground utilities, and supporting facilities.

• Drive coordination among designers, contractors, equipment suppliers, safety professionals, and project stakeholders.

• Monitor safety, quality, scope, schedule, cost, risk, and overall contractor performance.

• Coordinate construction sequencing, system tie-ins, testing, inspections, and turnover activities.

• Identify technical, schedule, permitting, and interface risks and drive timely resolution and escalation.

• Support compliance with applicable project requirements and coordination with Authorities Having Jurisdiction.

• Maintain clear reporting and accountability for area-level delivery outcomes.

The successful candidate should have significant experience delivering large-scale industrial, pharmaceutical, chemical, life sciences, or advanced manufacturing projects . Experience with fire protection systems, hazardous-material facilities, fire-water distribution, underground fire loops, emergency-response facilities, and industrial safety infrastructure is strongly preferred.

This position requires a highly engaged project leader with strong multidisciplinary coordination skills, sound technical judgment, and the ability to drive safe, compliant, and predictable delivery of mission-critical loss-prevention assets.
