Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Midwife opportunity

We are looking for a part‑time Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Certified Nurse Midwife at our College Avenue Health Center. This role is full‑time and fully benefitted at 32 hours per week with a schedule of 4 days with 8‑hour shifts. This has the following schedule, based on a 2 week rotation: Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Week 2: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday Please note: there is one shift every other week that will be scheduled at our El Cajon Health Center. Bring your passion for reproductive healthcare to life by providing high‑quality examinations, diagnosis, treatment, education, and counseling. You’ll also be a go‑to medical resource, supporting and empowering both licensed and non‑licensed team members. This role is designed for licensed Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Certified Nurse Midwives licensed in the state of California. In this role, you’ll get to: Change lives. Receive a rigorous training and onboarding program similar to a fellowship. Collaborate with other Healthcare providers, Physicians, and Management on patient care and clinical improvements. Partner with a Case Management team, which will communicate with patients on lab results, referrals, and other aspects of patient care. Gain new skills such as IUC retrievals, Nexplanon insertions, Cryotherapy, Bartholin Cyst I&D, and prescribe GAHT (Gender‑Affirming Hormone therapy).
