Small Animal Medical Director Veterinarian Job, Newport News, Virginia, USA

Job Description: Our client is seeking a full-time Medical Director for their well-regarded small animal/exotic practice. The hospital has been an integral part of the community for over 60 years and offers a unique opportunity for a veterinarian who values both leadership and clinical skills. In this position, your responsibilities will include:
Apply
- Lead and mentor associate veterinarians, ensuring quality patient care.
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager to maintain operational excellence.
- Engage with the local community and build lasting client relationships.
- Manage a diverse caseload, including surgery, ultrasound, and exotic medicine.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Signing bonus.
