This role is crucial in optimizing our supply chain processes and ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products from suppliers to customers.The Specialist I will play a key role in managing inventory, improving supply chain performance, and supporting our commitment to delivering high-quality solar products.**Key Responsibilities:*** **Supply Chain Management:** Oversee and manage supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products.* **Vendor Coordination:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Collaborate with them to negotiate terms, resolve issues, and ensure the quality and reliability of supplies.* **Inventory Control:** Monitor inventory levels, analyze trends, and implement strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce excess inventory, and minimize stockouts.* **Process Improvement:** Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.* **Data Analysis:** Analyze supply chain data to track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to management.* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments, including production, quality assurance, and sales, to ensure alignment and address any supply chain-related issues.* **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices related to supply chain operations.**Qualifications:*** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
