Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Memorial Health System of Southwest Oklahoma.

Additional Details:

Special Requests: Requests for more than 7 days off or more than 50% of holidays off are not eligible for the expedited clinical interview process. Former direct employees of CCMH are not eligible to return through an agency until after 6 months from their direct end date.

Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri. No call.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years

Driver’s license required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)) or the alternative certification TS-C (National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT))
