Communications Operations Manager

Payrate Payrate: $85.00 - $90.00/hr. Summary This role is focused on supporting global employee and executive communications by enabling scalable, structured, and efficient communication processes. It involves owning communications platforms, building content workflows, and designing scalable systems for end-to-end communications delivery. Responsibilities Provide leadership and ownership of Marketing Communications operations, channels, and delivery systems. Own end-to-end operations of internal communications channels and platforms, including SharePoint, email, and Viva Engage. Establish and enforce standards for content publishing and channel usage. Design and implement scalable workflows using Power Automate and related tools to improve communications processes. Define and implement AI applications to enhance communications workflows. Own the measurement strategy for communications channels and deliver actionable insights. Manage the communications calendar and ensure alignment across workstreams. Continuously evaluate and improve communications workflows for efficiency and scalability. Define and implement budget tracking systems for communications and events. Qualifications 7 years of experience in communications operations, marketing operations, or program management. Experience designing and implementing operational systems at scale. Hands‑on experience with SharePoint, Power Automate, or similar tools. Strong systems thinking and process design capability. Experience working across complex stakeholder environments. Desired Skills Strong familiarity with communications platforms and content publishing processes. Experience in workflow automation and designing systems for content intake, approval, publishing, and distribution. Background in internal communications operations, marketing/content operations, or intranet/digital workplace ownership. Ability to translate communications strategies into structured execution plans. Pay Transparency and Benefits The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $85.00 - $90.00/hour. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including relevant skills, education and experience.
