DRY GOODS ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

South Hills Village Mall, 301 South Hills Village, Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, United States of America Job Description Posted Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 5:00 AM As an Assistant Store Manager , you support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assisting with all operations. You provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store. What You’ll Do: Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example Develop relationships to grow store business Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
