Entry Level Body Shop Helper / Detailer

D'Addario Auto Group has been a family owned and operated automotive dealership since 1968. D'Addario Collision is a busy, growing body shop located in Shelton, CT, and we are looking to add another team member to our Body Shop staff.

This is a full-time, entry-level position with opportunities for growth and hands-on training within the collision repair industry. We are looking for a motivated, dependable individual who is eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist experienced body shop technicians with daily tasks
Perform light body work and shop support duties
Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the body shop
Wash and detail vehicles prior to customer delivery
Move vehicles throughout the dealership and shop as needed
Assist with parts handling and general shop operations
Follow dealership safety procedures and shop standards

Qualifications

Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
Automotive or body shop experience is a plus, but not required
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a team environment
Attention to detail and pride in quality work
Valid driver's license and able to pass background check and drug screening
