Senior Engineer, Clinic
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support the Clinic Platform team, the full-time Senior Engineer will design and build fullstack features for telehealth workflows, create scalable backend services and APIs, and develop modern frontend applications, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Design, build, and own fullstack features across web and backend systems supporting telehealth workflows Partner with product, design, and clinical teams to deliver high-quality user experiences Contribute to architecture decisions and drive experimentation for rapid product improvements Required qualifications 10+ years of experience building and scaling fullstack applications Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and TypeScript Solid backend experience with Node.js or similar technologies Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP and modern deployment practices
