WM is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to oversee onboarding, development, coaching, mentoring, and performance management for drivers and helpers. The role spends significant time in the field with frontline staff and builds strong relationships to drive safety and performance. You will lead daily onboarding touchpoints, ensure consistent communication, and review best practices to advance frontline careers.
