Sales Associate (Part‑Time) – Bethel Park, PA – $13–$14/hour (based on experience) Baking life sweeter since 1955, Bethel Bakery is an iconic, family‑owned and operated retail bakery. We’re currently looking for a friendly and dependable Sales Associate who enjoys helping others and creating a welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors. What You’ll Do Welcome every customer with a smile and deliver exceptional service Keep bakery displays clean, organized, and fully stocked Accurately handle cash and credit transactions using our POS system Complete opening/closing tasks, including brewing coffee, tagging items, and securing the store What We’re Looking For Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Strong communication, basic math, and multitasking skills The ability to lift 30 pounds and stay active throughout the shift Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail A team‑first mindset and pride in doing great work Schedule Part‑Time 4 days; 20-24 hours/week Rotating 6‑hour shifts; primarily morning, but not guaranteed No late nights; we close at 6:00 p.m. Must be available to work during our busy holiday seasons Closed Sundays and major holidays This is a year‑round position that requires daylight availability, so no high school or seasonal workers, please! $13-$14/hour, based on experience Paid time off Employee assistance program Bakery discounts Bethel Bakery is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
