Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies enabling them to reach their personal goals.

Conduct Therapeutic Interventions: Leverage evidence-based methods to boost patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills.

Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with other OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to ensure well-rounded patient care.

Instruct Patients and Families: Empower patients and their families with therapy techniques that promote ongoing progress beyond the clinic.

Monitor Patient Progress: Diligently track clinical developments and modify treatment plans accordingly to help patients thrive.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution

Encouragement for further education or advanced certifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory

A genuine passion for empowering others and facilitating their journey toward independence

Strong, compassionate communication skills with patients and team members alike

Creative problem-solving abilities that allow for adaptations to varying patient needs
