Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, for residents and staff

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards

• Develop and implement creative and appealing menus, taking into account dietary restrictions and resident preferences

• Order and receive food supplies, manage inventory, and minimize waste

• Collaborate with other food service staff to ensure seamless meal service

• Maintain accurate records of food preparation, inventory, and waste

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior experience in a healthcare food services setting a plus

• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and meal preparation

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
