P-Physical Therapist

Position P-Physical Therapist Salary Range: $41.18 - $43.90 per hour Schedule: Full time (40 hours per week), Monday-Friday, no weekend rotation. Part time schedule can also be accommodated. Job Description We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping patients improve their physical well-being and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to promote healing, pain relief, and functional improvement. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical histories, physical abilities, and functional limitations Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to improve patients' strength, flexibility, mobility, and overall physical function Monitor and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate updates to the patient's healthcare team Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for performing exercises and activities to promote continued progress and independence Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and best practices in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a diverse patient population Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Proven ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical record systems Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive and collaborative work environment Continuing education and professional development opportunities Paid time off and holiday pay If you are a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist looking for a fulfilling career opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this position.
