Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and they are treated professionally. Engage with clients by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs. Make recommendations for products and services. Maintain the minimum sales requirements. Multi‑task such as cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon arrival. Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas. Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast‑paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for long periods of time. Bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment. Lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes. Bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors. Perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc. Pay and Benefits Pay: $11.00 per hour plus bonuses. No experience needed. Special deals for friends and family.
