Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details. Minimum Requirements: Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the position. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience or comfort treating outpatient orthopedic patient population. Patient ages typically range from 12–90. No pediatrics or neurological caseload expected. Commitment to hands-on manual therapy and patient satisfaction-focused care. Open to new graduates and relocation candidates. Benefits: Annual continuing education support. $1,000 CEU stipend plus $2,000 for fellowship or loan assistance for PTs. Fellowship costs covered and $5,000 fellowship pay bump for PTs. All PTs are fellowship trained or in process. Average annual bonus approximately $4,000. Annual raises historically around 3.5%. Approximately 3–4 additional paid holidays per year. Retirement contribution of at least 4.1%, regardless of employee contribution; may be higher depending on market. $600 deductible support for HDHP enrollment and select plans with employer-paid premium. Transparent productivity and revenue benchmarks shared with clinicians. PTA-specific: CEU support $750 annually, $1,000 loan assistance, OMTS education covered, and $3,000 certification bump for manual therapy after completion. Clinical Philosophy & Culture: Strong emphasis on patient satisfaction. Current ratings reflect high patient satisfaction metrics. Practice focuses heavily on hands-on manual therapy. Clinicians expected to demonstrate commitment to patient care and to participate in continuing clinical development. PTAs complete a six-month manual therapy certification program.
