Reynolds Services, Inc. is accepting general applications for administrative and office support roles. While we may not have an immediate opening, qualified candidates will be considered for future opportunities as they become available.

Administrative positions may support various departments including operations, accounting, human resources, customer service, and plant administration. Responsibilities will vary depending on the role but may include:

• General office and administrative support
  
• Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  
• Assisting with scheduling, reporting, and documentation
  
• Communicating with internal departments and external partners
  
• Supporting plant operations and management as needed
  
• Maintaining organized filing systems and office procedures

Requirements:

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications may include:

• Prior administrative or office experience
  
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
