Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams
Guide candidates through onboarding, ensuring all hiring paperwork, I-9s, and applications are completed accurately
Track background checks, drug screens, physicals, and other pre-employment requirements
Audit recruiting documentation for compliance and accuracy while maintaining candidate files
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to deliver a smooth, positive candidate experience from interview through onboarding
