Delivery Manager - Loan IQ

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Delivery Manager to join their team. As a Delivery Manager, you will be part of the Lending Operations support team, overseeing critical projects that enhance lending capabilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to a fast‑paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title Delivery Manager Location Charlotte, NC What's the Job? Lead project teams and manage all activities throughout the project lifecycle related to Lending Operations projects. Facilitate project meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment among stakeholders. Manage enhancements, assess their impact on operations, and coordinate updates, demos, training, and communications. Troubleshoot issues collaboratively with team members to find effective solutions. Act as a liaison with leadership to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively. What's Needed? 5+ years of experience in project or product delivery within a related industry. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint. Experience working in an Agile environment. Strong facilitation, communication, and issue management skills.
