Learn and master brand and product knowledge to provide expert service. Leverage in-house clienteling tools and systems to develop and maintain long-term relationships. Operate as a personal advisor to clients and deliver exceptional, memorable experiences. Requirements Previous retail or customer-facing experience, preferably within high-end or luxury markets. Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commercially driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to learn and grow in luxury retail.
