Canopy Aerospace and Defense is seeking a Manager, Human Resources Operations to design and run the HRIS and related workflows in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role is an individual contributor reporting to the Director, Human Resources, with cross-functional collaboration across Finance, IT, Operations and site leadership. The successful candidate will own HRIS configuration, data governance, integrations with ATS, benefits, and IT provisioning, and partner with Payroll on #J-18808-Ljbffr Industrious Ventures
