CDL A Team drivers based out of Rialto/Oceanside, CA for the FedEx Linehaul Partner Program . $1,000 Sign On BONUS for CURRENT and/or ACTIVE FEDEX Compliant DRIVER Our team driver pay and benefits include: Up to .90 CPM $2000 to $3000 a week, minimum 4000 miles/week. You will be out 5-8 days weekly Top of the line equipment and technology Consistent, year-round work Health Insurance Benefits Paid Time Off Home weekly for resets Drop and hook 100% no touch freight PM dispatch Very driver friendly supportive staff Requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Minimum of 1 year of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience within the last 3 years. Doubles endorsement. Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with co-drivers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be proficient in ELDs. Perform duties such as hooking and dropping trailers and use dolly for double trailer hookups. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Willingness to be on the road for extended periods as part of the OTR team. Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects as required.
