Job Location: Phoenix, AZ (Remote) Hire Type: Contract

Job Summary: Test Managers are responsible for the delivery of testing of several projects. The focus of this position is to work across multiple disciplines like automation, performance, data, package and digital. Test Managers will work with customers and senior project stakeholders with focus on SLAs, KPIs and metrics. The objective should be on high customer satisfaction and quality with zero production defects and define roadmaps with other project & client stakeholder. In addition, the role needs to contribute to customer visits, presentations, testing practice like preparing case studies, conducting interviews of test leads and in pre-sales activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Document test strategies for the project
• Derive test estimates, strategy, planning, scheduling, and managing ongoing delivery.
• Responsible for overall delivery for Quality Assurance Services.
• Responsible for Mindtreeople Management
• Responsible for Risk Management & Mitigation in testing
• Responsible for Tracking the overall SLAs & Metrics
• Manages overall staffing capacity to meet client QA Engagement program objectives
• Review the test deliverable- test scenarios, test cases, traceability and automation scripts.
• Identify training needs for the team
