Baby Imaging Specialist Location: Murfreesboro, TN We are seeking an hourly, full‑time Baby Imaging Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and high‑quality imaging for infants at our Murfreesboro clinic. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to all patients. Complete a three‑dimensional, 360° image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi). Calibrate, operate, and maintain the DSi imaging system to ensure optimal performance. Schedule new patient and follow‑up appointments using Intergy (Practice Management Software). Enter and process patient information in Intergy. Perform office duties typical of a medical setting, including answering phones, cleaning patient rooms, and preparing rooms for patients. Qualifications Energetic and enthusiastic personality. Strong ability to learn new skills quickly in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent time‑management and organizational skills, able to juggle multiple duties while prioritizing patient experience. Experience caring for or working with infants or children, high‑end retail customer service, teaching, or medical imaging is preferred. Physical Requirements Must be able to squat and bend. Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. Must be able to position and handle patients to ensure DSi® images are captured. Must be able to move quickly and efficiently through a busy clinic environment.
