Ensure HR legal compliance by staying current with employment law, FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning requirements. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management with a strong background in HR department operations. Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, HR legal compliance, and regulatory standards such as OSHA and FMLA. Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, talent management, project management, and strategic planning. Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar systems. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly while fostering positive employee relations. Strong organizational skills with experience in personnel administration, data collection, conflict management, and administrative tasks.
