Quality Technician Summary Join Millennium Print Group as a Quality Technician! We’re looking for detail‑oriented individuals to help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll perform inspections, identify quality issues, and support production teams to deliver exceptional products to customers. Location Morrisville, NC Schedule Onsite, Nights 7:00 pm – 7:00 am on a 2,2,3,2 rotation basis Pay & Benefits Competitive compensation + full benefits package + growth opportunities What You’ll Do Inspect products to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met Review job specifications and verify production accuracy throughout the manufacturing process Identify defects and communicate non‑conformance issues to production teams Document inspection results, audit findings, and corrective actions Validate production quality at critical control points Maintain quality records and support reporting activities Collaborate with production and quality teams to support operational excellence Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies What You’ll Bring High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing is preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and data entry systems Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment Basic math and problem‑solving skills Why Join MPG?
