Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

HMD is hiring experienced OTR solo CDL-A dry van drivers in the Appleton, WI area to haul freight nationwide while enjoying dependable freight and strong pay. Compensation starts at 65 CPM, with typical weekly averages near 2,500 miles and performance bonuses for safe operation and clean inspections.

Daily responsibilities:

• Drive long-haul dry van routes, maintain accurate logs and deliver freight on schedule.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and follow up with our in-house maintenance team.
• Communicate with dispatch to optimize routing and load handling.

Candidates must hold a CDL-A and have at least 12 months of experience. Drivers receive full benefits, modern equipment, and roughly biweekly home time.
