This hands‑on laboratory role offers the chance to contribute to breakthrough drug product design and manufacturing process optimization. location: Westborough, Massachusetts job type: Contract salary: $35 - 46 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors Responsibilities Support formulation development, process optimization, and product characterization for cell therapy products. Perform aseptic cell culture and tissue culture techniques within a biosafety cabinet (BSC). Execute cell‑based assays and analyze experimental data to summarize findings clearly. Contribute to the development and simulation of clinical administration procedures. Maintain compliant experimental records and draft study protocols/reports under scientific guidance. Qualifications Required BS with 5+ years of laboratory experience OR MS with 2+ years of experience. Hands‑on experience with aseptic tissue culture techniques in a BSC. Solid understanding of cell biology and cell‑based assays. Direct knowledge and experience with CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) development. Preferred Prior experience working in a GMP‑regulated environment. Experience with flow cytometry, cryopreservation, and controlled‑rate freezing.
