Associate Director, Field Medical Affairs-Hematology (CO, MO, KS, OK and NM)

This remote field medical affairs role focuses on building relationships with hematology-oncology key opinion leaders and healthcare providers across a five-state territory. The Associate Director will exchange scientific data, support clinical trials, and serve as a clinical resource for disease state and product information, requiring a terminal scientific degree and at least four years of MSL experience in hematology-oncology.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain list of medical experts, investigator targets, and action plans
• Build and sustain relationships with key opinion leaders in hematological malignancies
• Serve as primary clinical resource for disease state and product information
• Participate in development and management of company-sponsored clinical trials
• Attend medical conferences to collect and report scientific and competitive intelligence

Requirements

• Terminal scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, DNP, or DVM)
• 8+ years experience with minimum 4 years in Hematology/Oncology MSL role
• Knowledge of treatment guidelines, clinical research, FDA and pharma regulations, OIG guidelines
• Residency in assigned territory with valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Established relationships with KOLs and hematologic malignancy institutions preferred
• Drug launch experience preferred

Compensation: $176,100-$287,300 base annually
