Dishwashers – for fast-paced kitchen Full Time & Part Time Responsibilities Maintain sanitary condition of dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, pans, equipment and kitchen in accordance with Senior Lifestyle Corporation standards Safely and efficiently operate dish washing machine according to the procedure manual Ensure proper soap and rinse chemicals are loaded for washing Remove from service any dishes, utensils, and glassware that are damaged or broken Help stock delivered food and non‑food items Empty and clear garbage bins and break down boxes Deep clean kitchen and equipment Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices Perform prep work Take garbage and trash to dumpster area Wash work areas, refrigerators, cooking equipment, walls and floors Assemble, maintain and break down the dish machine Be a team player and help others Perform other duties as assigned Skills Dishwashing Works well independently and with a team Can follow directions and SOPs Familiar with kitchen sanitation measures and safety regulations Can lift and move boxes/objects 50 lbs Maintains a positive attitude throughout the shift no matter how busy it gets Qualifications Minimum 6 months restaurant dishwashing (preferred) Minimum 6 months restaurant back‑of‑house experience (preferred) Reliable transportation (required) ServSafe Food Handler or willing to get it (required) Schedule Full Time & Part Time Days & Evenings Weekdays and weekends Pay Hourly: $14 Benefits for Part Time Employees Employee Discount Benefits for Full Time Employees Employee Discount Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Physical Setting Casual Dining Restaurant/Bar/Pub #J-18808-Ljbffr The Scotsman Public House
