Mint Landscapes is a locally owned and growing landscaping company serving Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, and the greater Thurston County area. As part of our irrigation team, you will play a key role in installing, maintaining, and upgrading irrigation systems to ensure healthy, vibrant landscapes. Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and upgrade irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties
• Evaluate and track irrigation system performance and production levels
• Collaborate with the Projects department to plan and schedule installations
• Troubleshoot and resolve irrigation system issues efficiently
• Learn and manage WiFi-based irrigation controllers
• Prepare bids for irrigation system and lighting projects
• Recommend system improvements and upgrades to clients

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an irrigation technician or plumber
• Knowledge of irrigation system operation, components, installation procedures, and troubleshooting
• Valid Washington State driver’s license
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including trenching, hand digging, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Positive and personable attitude with strong teamwork skills
