Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Bilingual English/Spanish

Position Summary

We are seeking a  Bilingual Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our growing HR and Talent Acquisition team. This position will be responsible for managing the  full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of positions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter who is comfortable managing multiple openings, sourcing qualified candidates, partnering with hiring managers, and moving candidates efficiently through the hiring process. Experience recruiting within  manufacturing, industrial, operations, or skilled trades environments is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the  full-cycle recruiting process from job intake through offer stage.
• Source, screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates for a variety of positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Manage multiple job openings and recruiting priorities simultaneously.
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process.
• Conduct candidate outreach through job boards, LinkedIn, phone, email, and other sourcing channels.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruiting activity within the  Applicant Tracking System (ATS) .
• Provide timely communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
• Assist with meeting aggressive hiring goals, recruiting metrics, and hiring timelines.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and hiring managers to support workforce growth.
• Provide a professional and positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Utilize recruiting and sourcing tools to identify and engage qualified talent.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing the  full-cycle recruiting process .
• Experience recruiting in a  manufacturing environment preferred ; candidates with high-volume recruiting experience in other fast-paced industries will also be considered.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with HR, Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recruiting records.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• High-volume recruiting experience supporting  rapid workforce growth .
• Experience recruiting for  manufacturing, operations, skilled trades, warehouse, production, or industrial positions .
• Experience using an  ATS/Applicant Tracking System .
• Proficiency with recruiting and sourcing platforms such as  ADP, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, Indeed , or similar tools.
• Proven ability to build candidate pipelines and consistently meet recruiting goals.
• Experience working with hiring managers and developing recruiting strategies based on business needs.
