This per diem position offers the opportunity to serve as a pharmacist in a retail and long-term care pharmacy environment located in Fort Worth, Texas. With scheduled shifts beginning June 13th through June 19th, you will play a crucial role in verifying 150-200 prescriptions per day and administering immunizations, supported by a team of pharmacy technicians and register personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Verify and accurately dispense 150-200 prescriptions daily
• Administer immunizations following established protocols
• Collaborate effectively with technicians and support staff to ensure efficient pharmacy operations
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Current and active Texas Pharmacist license
• Valid immunization certification
• Prior experience working in a retail pharmacy setting
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Schedule:

• June 13th: 7:45 AM – 6:15 PM
• June 18th: 2:00 PM – 7:15 PM
• June 19th: 2:00 PM – 7:15 PM
