Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of business analysis, healthcare RCM, WFM, and technical data expertise . They should be comfortable working with both business stakeholders and technical teams and have experience supporting large-scale healthcare analytics and operational reporting initiatives.

Position Overview

We are seeking a strong Senior Business Analyst / Data Analyst with hands-on experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Workforce Management (WFM), and SQL .

The consultant will support the design, development, and implementation of workforce analytics, productivity reporting, inventory management, and operational analytics solutions. This role will work closely with RCM operations, WFM teams, business stakeholders, data engineering, and reporting teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, or related field
• 5+ years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience
• Strong understanding of:
  • Claims Lifecycle
  • Billing & Accounts Receivable
  • Denials Management
  • Payment Posting
  • Inventory Management
  • Productivity Reporting
  • Workforce Planning
• Strong SQL expertise, including:
  • Complex Joins
  • CTEs
  • Window Functions
  • Stored Procedures
  • Query Optimization
  • Data Validation & Reconciliation
• Experience working with large healthcare datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience developing business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

Qualifications

• Experience with Databricks, Azure Data Platform, or Data Lake environments
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of WFM concepts, including:
