Nurse Practitioner | Family Practice Location: Philadelphia, PA Employer: All Medical Personnel Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 2 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Primary Care NP or PA | Pennsylvania Order ID: 173924 Location: Pennsylvania Start: ASAP End: Dec 31, 2026 Schedule: Monday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. 5 to 8 in home assessments per day. Position Overview In home health and wellness assessments for health plan members Typical visit includes history and physical, medication review, vitals, finger stick, urine sample collection, and leaving a fecal kit for mail in Documentation is completed on an iPad using a proprietary system Work is completed by traveling to members homes within the state Requirements Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania license National certification for NP or PA Ability and willingness to travel within assigned counties. Minimum travel radius referenced as 75 miles from home Availability Expectations (referenced) Ideal availability is 2 full days per week or more and must include at least one weekday Weekend only availability is not accepted Credentialing Credentialing is self paced and referenced as 30 to 45 days Benefits Malpractice insurance coverage Refer & earn program: Earn $2,000 per referral.
