The bartender should bringcraftsmanship, composure, andpersonality to the bar.This role requirestechnical skill, strong product knowledge, and the ability to create memorable member experienceswhile upholding the elevated standards of a private club environment. Professional Qualifications: 2+ years of bartending experience in upscaledining, luxury hospitality, private club/resort environment Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, and premium spirits Strongknowledgeoffood, wine, and beverage service Professional appearance and polished communication skills Professional demeanor and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced, high-performance setting Strong senseof urgency Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach Availability to worka non-traditional schedule of operations supporting a member-driven environment Ability to stand forlong periods, and work in a fast-paced environment Workingexpertiseinhealth and safetyguidelines Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law Essential Duties: Prepare and serve premium cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty beverages with consistency and precision Maintain thorough knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine selections, and seasonal offerings Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs Assistwith monthly inventory counts and report shortage to management Engage members professionally whilemaintainingdiscretion and club-level etiquette Actively listen,anticipate,understandand respond to member & guest needs Be knowledgeable about club happenings & offerings Present menus with a detailed knowledge ofour food & beverage offerings Accurately take andenter orders using the POS system Serve food and beverages with attention todetail,presentation,and timing Maintain an elevated standard of cleanliness and organization in thebar & diningarea Collaborate closely with kitchen,bar,hostand managementteamsto ensure seamless service Uphold club standards of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality Assistwithspecial events, private gatherings, and race-day hospitality service Adhere toallsanitation,safetyand alcohol beverage controllaws andpolicies Performs all other job-related duties as assigned by the manager What Matters MostToUs: Passion for mixology and beverage craftsmanship Ability to balance personality with professionalism Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences with a member-first approach Works well under pressure and supports team success Appreciation for motorsports or luxury lifestyleenvironments Experience in private membership clubs(a plus) Wine or beverage certifications (a plus) Desire to continuously learn and grow Follow through on promises Why Join FlatrockMotorclub?
