What You'll Do: We're looking for a part-time hands‑on Podcast Producer to own the operational backbone of our show — from guest booking through the final "go live" — and keep every episode moving on schedule without dropping quality. You'll be the connective tissue between the host, marketing team, and video editor, making sure nothing falls through the cracks between concept and publish. This role will be a hybrid position and will require occasional time out of our Bedford, TX studio. This is a producer role in the truest sense: equal parts project manager, guest wrangler, on‑call troubleshooter during recording, and quality gatekeeper before anything ships. Own and maintain the editorial calendar (topic, guest, record date, drop date, owner) as the single source of truth for the show Partner with marketing to keep the season roadmap on track Build and maintain a rolling guest wishlist, vetting for audience fit, on‑camera/mic presence, and reputational risk Handle personalized guest outreach and invitations Manage guest scheduling, including backup dates, calendar holds, and sending recording instructions/standards Collect all guest assets ahead of time: bios, headshot, social handles, logo, media kit, name pronunciation Run pre‑interview prep #J-18808-Ljbffr
